Admission Application

All students must submit an application for admission on the date stipulated by the academy. They must meet the following requirements:

1. An application for admission signed by the parent or guardian and by the student, accepting all the rules, regulations and principles of the academy.
2. Birth certificate (copy).
3. Accompany the application with the amount ($50.00) stipulated by the school. This money is not refundable.
4. Official copy of the grades, up to date, from the previous school.
5. Letter of recommendation from the principal and homeroom teacher, and certification of conduct from the previous school.
6. Have an average of 2.25 GPA.
7. Original vaccination certificate (PVAC-3) or sworn statement of non-vaccination, as established by law.
8. Attend an orientation meeting for parents and new students.
9. Complete the proof documents (all new students).
10. Complete the Student Regulations contract.
11. Bring two (2) 2 × 2 photos.
12. Any other information or document that the school requires.

In accordance with its beliefs and values, the academy does not accept students who are married, divorced, and/or single mothers or fathers, or who present any other condition that constitutes a violation of the postulates and beliefs of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
